The Engaged Encounter Weekend offers couples a unique opportunity to look at their commitment to each other in a deeper way as they prepare for marriage. It gives them the opportunity to focus exclusively on each other for 44 hours in peaceful surroundings, free from the pressure and distractions of the outside world.
Get On The Bus unites children with their mothers and fathers in prison. We train and educate hundreds of volunteers and supporters throughout California and engage the media to raise awareness about the plight of children with a parent in prison. Get On The Bus advocates for the right of children to see, touch and talk to their parent who is incarcerated.

Restorative Partners envisions a widespread embrace of a restorative justice approach and practice in the San Luis Obispo County Criminal Justice System. Our work involves reaching out to all the stakeholders: victims, offenders, law enforcement, corrections, non-profits, law enforcement, university and faith-based communities to create a more healing response to those impacted by crime.
The word Retrouvaille™ (pronounced re-tro-vi with a long i.) is a French word meaning rediscovery. The program offers tools needed to rediscover a loving marriage relationship. Thousands of couples headed for cold, unloving relationships or divorce have successfully overcome their marriage problems by attending the program.

For more than 20 years the People’s Kitchen has provided a noon meal to the hungry. More than 30,000 meals are served each year. The success of the People’s Kitchen has been due to the volunteer efforts of many individuals and organizations. People's Kitchen currently has more than 40 groups helping us provide a hot noon meal.
