Parish Registration

Parish Registration is handled either online or via paper form. To register online Click here for more information on how to register for an account on Nativity’s parish database.

If you prefer, you may complete a paper registration and email it, mail it or drop it off at the parish office. Here is the link for the parish registration form.

Religious Education registration

To register your child(ren) for religious education, you must first be a registered parishioner at Nativity of Our Lady. You can learn more about religious education and download the information and forms at the Education page. (Note: religious education registration is closed for 2022/2023)
